Shipping an Animal: Is It Safe?
Of course, otherwise we wouldn't take the risk of shipping our adorable babies! At JC Aviary, we ensure the safety and well-being of our animals when shipping them. With over 24 years of experience in breeding and shipping animals, we've refined our process to ensure safe and stress-free delivery. Ultimately, shipping them can be less stressful for them than moving them by car across countries.
How Does Shipping Work?
To begin, we book the next available flight to your destination once all payments are made. We'll need your exact location, phone number, and the name of the person who will be picking up the pet, as well as the nearest airport.
The delivery date and time depend primarily on when we can get to the airport and flight availability.
We'll email or contact you with the flight tracking number and pickup details as soon as your booking is confirmed. You can pick up your pet at the airport or opt for delivery directly to your home.
A valid ID is required (ID card, passport, or driver's license). Please contact us as soon as you pick up your pet.
The explanations are long, but shipping is fast! Your pet will arrive the same day it's shipped, within a few hours. For customers more than 2 hours away by car, air shipping is mandatory to ensure the safety of the animals.
Shipping Costs
We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, and some other countries. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and age of the pet. The price includes:
- Airfare
- Pet carrier
- Necessary supplies
- Veterinary examination and health certificate

- Shipping costs are subject to change at any time.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- All fees must be prepaid before shipping the pet.
- These prices apply to all our pets.
Deposit and Reservation
A deposit is required to reserve a specific animal. This deposit is 90% refundable if you change your mind before final delivery. Deposits are used to maintain and operate our breeding facility.
We reserve the right to cancel the sale at any time, if necessary, with a full refund. Payments can be made by:

Visits and Restrictions
To ensure the well-being of our breeding animals and prevent any form of contamination, no physical visits to the animals are permitted. This measure aims to protect our animals, whose immune systems are still developing, from stress and the risk of disease.
Visits to our breeding farm are held exclusively online, through virtual tours. You can discover our breeding animals through photos and videos available on our Facebook page, Instagram, Telegram, and our website.
This approach allows us to guarantee a stress-free and contamination-free environment for our precious animals.
Delivery and Guarantees
We deliver worldwide, handling all necessary formalities. The cost of delivery and associated fees are the buyer's responsibility, in addition to the price of the animals.
All our animals have been examined by our veterinarian to ensure their good health. We recommend that each owner have their animal examined by their veterinarian within 10 days of delivery to validate our guarantees.
Our Guarantee
Our guarantees cover the animal for a period of 2 years from the date it leaves our breeding facility, for serious health conditions. No cosmetic defects are covered by the guarantee.
